Now, I don't have anything against Bam. I even think he's quite attractive at times, though annoying because he never credited the heartagram to Ville. I know most HIM fans despise him. I know, I know. But the fact he got a Ville tattoo is not what grinds my gears. What kinda pisses me off is that he admitted in that video he has tried to force Ville out of his hotel room to "go out", like they use to do back in the old days. And because Ville say's no, he chose Jussi as his new bar hoping buddy. As someone pointed out "Bam's idea of going out is getting drunk all night trippin' on sidewalks ". It would be nice if Bam did take Ville out to eat as he said in that video interview. But for some reason, Ville has declined his invitations. Why? I think Ville's drinking was connected to Bam in some ways. Bam nurtured it. Ville was fun to drink with, so why not? I don't care about the fact Bam tries to be Ville by dressing like him and trying to talk like Ville. I don't care about the fact that Bam pretends to be fucking Finnish. But; you know your best friend (I do assume Ville and Bam are best friend's) went through the most terrible moment of his life two years + ago battling alchohol and drugs. Bam was a witness to seeing Ville pop pills to try to calm his anxiety and get some sleep. Bam was there to see it all as Ville said himself in that sad Revolver magazine article. Now, I don't know what Bam meant as "go out" but I automatically assumed Bar Hoping because that was what he was talking about. Plus this is Bam Margera we are talking about. Had Ville Valo been weak-minded, he would have followed Bam to all the bars in L.A. He would have been back to square one. God forbid, we could have had a Heath Ledger all over again, had Ville not gone to rehab. Or even a Michael Jackson. Addictions are a bitch to kick to the curb. Many greats have died because of drugs and alcohol. Jimi Hendrix. John Belushi. Marilyn Monroe. Jim Morrison. River Pheonix. Heath Ledger. Janis Joplin. And the latest great loss we had as of recent - Michael Jackson. Had Ville continue in that destructive path he was walking in 2005, 2006 - Ville would have been in the list among the dead. Thank god the man has a mind made of steel. He is one who doesn't like being told what to do. No one can control him. Not even fans. Friends. I don't think even his mama can control him either. lol So, may Ville continue with sobriety. May he continue being the strong minded man he is. A man who doesn't allow temptation break him down. And on a side note: That is a gorgeous tattoo Kat did on his arm. She's a talent.
